Jogging For Our Bodies and Wonderful Pot Roast WOW!! Liz and I jogged our asses off. It's good for our bodies though. We really do try to eat healthy and keep our bodies happy, it's just that we LOVE to eat.
We figure between the jogging and the (sorta exercise workouts)that we do, it's better than nothing. Right?

Liz is making a wonderful pot roast for us tonight. My baby is a great cook. She says I'm better but really I think she's the bomb in the kitchen.

She threw in lots of potatoes, celery, carrots and onions. When we came into the house it SMELLED of pot roast cooking. Fuck us, we're going to pig out. There goes all that exercise. hehe.

Some of the other TS girls ( and the genetic ones too lol) get mad at me because I stay so firm. No cellulite on these thighs.

Ok, I have to grab a cup of coffee ( I'm Jonesing) and we're going to have dinner. I'll be back to tell you about Liz's and my watersports morning fun, later on.
